By downloading or using ConfyChat, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the app or website.

2. Licence to Use

We grant you a limited, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable license to use ConfyChat for personal, non‑commercial purposes in accordance with these terms.

3. User Obligations

• You must be at least 16 years old (or have parental consent if your local law requires).
• You will not use ConfyChat to harass, defame, or violate the rights of others.
• You will comply with all applicable laws when using the service.

4. Intellectual Property

All rights, title and interest in and to the ConfyChat software, website, trademarks and logos remain with ConfyChat Ltd.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ConfyChat Ltd. excludes all liability for any loss or damage arising out of or in connection with your use of the service.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ireland. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.

7. Changes to Terms

We may revise these terms from time to time. The date at the top will change accordingly. Continued use constitutes acceptance of any new terms.
